MONTE CARLO Wire harness

Thanks for letting me join the group.
I own a 1979 Chevrolet Monte Carlo export. I bought the car in 1989 in Berlin Germany. The car is now in North America. I have a question about the instrument cluster wire terminal. This is the terminal I have. There is a pink wire on #4, and one pink/ black wire on # 16, and one Pink/ black wire on #11. Number 11 is Cut off after 14 inch. Where does the wire connects to? Fuse Box? Wire Harness?

Thanks Brian. I have this side, but where does the #11 PINK W/BLAC , IGN / ACC TEST wire connects to? FUSE BOX? WIRE HARNESS?

# 11 goes to the connector on left side of the fuse box, it meets the pink wire that eventually goes to the sender in the gas tank. The pink w/black is the power feed for the gauges and that goes to the fuse box
