Looking to replace my cracked plastic factory inner fender passenger side of 1985 El Camino. Can't be fixed as large chunks are missing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, I am near Austin TX

Wish we were closer, I've got a pair beside the house that will probably hit the trash in the spring.

Haven't seen one in the yards, in decent shape in years. Heat cycling in desert makes them brittle, and they crack into pieces. The OPGI ones are interesting, states not yet available. Retro-fitting a stamped metal piece to where only plastic was available originally.

thanks for the tip. I looked and the shape of those parts does not really match my originals. My liners have little pedestals where you mount stuff like washer fluid tanks and other odds/ends. Also I see the panels are "coming soon". The Dixie folks have something similar/identical supposedly in stock, but again the designs differs from my originals.

i'd be really happy with a stamped metal part like you can get for a 70 EL CAMINO for $90

I hate to toss out usable parts. I'm in central Texas and USPS will ship a large item less than 70 pounds. A few years back I used the PO to ship a Chevy C-10 door to Arizona!. Length + girth less than 130 inches.

Depending on how soon you'd like one, I could dig it out of the snow and take some measurements, and do some checking on shipping costs?

well my car has been on stands for almost a year, so no real hurry I guess. I need to do a little bodywork on the right front metal also.

If you can get around to it when weather improves, let me know. I definitely need one , so thanks and happy new year.
