I am in need of a left tailpipe #14002206 for a 1979 Hurst Olds. May have been used on other makes and Models

You are correct that different models used it as well. 14002206 was used on A bodies in 78-80 models with "dual" exhaust and with 305H and 350L (Chevy) engines as well as 79 H/O.
