Did they sell out to Vertical Scope recently or has it been that way for a while now. Don't really go there so I have no idea. VS has approached me about buying this place in the past but their reputation for trashing good communities preceeds them. The Wayback machine isn't working for that site for some reason so I can't tell what it was on before...

Looks like they just moved to XenForo (like here) from VB. VBulletin has been notoriously messed up and vulnerable to hacks for a while so I can't blame them for moving away from it. But...

I was able to pull up a wayback machine archive from Nov. 2 and there's no mention of VerticalScope on that page, only "YellowBullet LLC" ... so yeah, I'd say all appearances point to they sold out to VS.

I'd say send them over here but YB's reputation also precedes it and I don't know if that kind of drama is really needed here lol.

hm, looks like they've been owned by Vertical Scope since at least 9/18.... so 🤷‍♂️ at least they're getting away from the mess that is VBulletin. Didn't realize just how many sites VS owned until I checked. Dayum.
