Did you have any clutch pedal issues? Like being able to bleed it out, or not having enough throw for it to disengage?

Passenger side is in but.... the "new" doors had regulators so I was just going to reuse them. Went to put the window crank on and realized the splines are all stripped out. So looks like the glass is coming back out so I can swap the regulator from the old door. One step forward two steps back.

Yes you definitely need the original wiring from the car for the alternator. I believe the connector comes with a wiring diagram on how to hook it up. It's been a few years since I did mine and don't remember off hand

$2500 for a used 6.0 is insane. I've bought both of 6.0's for $250. And please don't put a carb on a LS. You're defeating half of the gain of going to a late model engine.

No. With a sbc you could keep your cooling system, alternator, and a fuel system. That would be the easiest, and cheapest swap by far. You can use a factory ecm for the LS, but if you don't like wiring or aren't good at it, you're going to have some $ tied up in an aftermarket harness and...

Don't do ANYTHING at the moment. You have quite a bit of research, and then decisions to make first. There pros and cons to fuel injection, and to carb. What transmission will you be running? How will you be mounting the engine? Buying a Holley kit, ICT adapter plates, making your own, etc...

Little progress today. Got the door lock cylinders, handles, and belt mouldings installed.
