Curious as to whether anyone has looked into or built a custom G-body frame, not a full custom, probably just boxed center frame rails and a custom four-link rear with a fab9 rearend, stock front with tubular upper A's for improved geometry? looking into it, just like some feedback on thoughts from others. also based off this as well, wondering what kind of numbers were gonna have on here as far as purists versus those into modifying such as myself. Nothing against purists, very respectable, i just dont have enough patience. thanks!!

you want some great front end parts what will correct most of the bad geometry in a g-body front suspension and fix a lot of the bumpsteer issues check out the Stage 2 kit from www.SCandC.com Marcus is a great guy and very knowledgable. he also has kits to put C5 yes C5 corvette front brakes on stock G-body spindels.

if you want a decent brake swap for cheap look for a 99 and up s10 blazer 2 wheel drive, the spindels are a direct bolt on and thet have dual piston calipers, bigger rotors and sealed wheel bearings. the only thing you would need is an adaptor for the brake line available at any parts store (otherwise direct bolt on)
