    hows your thermostate

Nope, sorry I didn’t run it with the 180 until I had the chip fan turn on / turn off changed . Guess you can give it a try and monitor things first

    hows your thermostate

Not with no T stat & distilled water. I’m surprised you even got above 150-160 in the cool weather running like that

    hows your thermostate

I ended up getting my fan turn on / turn off set points altered on my chip to better suit the 180 deg T stat. My fans now come on at 188 deg F & off T 170 deg f Maybe think about sending your chip back & re-burned to suit the new 180 T stat?

    hows your thermostate

Changed over from a 160 to 180 T stat since installing aluminum radiator . The 160 didn’t allow warm enough engine operating temperature . If yours is a race car then keep it but for the street definitely go with the 180

    to the coil over guys

Another item worth considering is a rear frame rail brace which will tie the rails together and minimize movement. Scot W at GNS Performance offers this kit and really tightens up the rear of the frame https://www.gnsperformance.com/bodyframe-g-body

Anyone find a good replacement proportioning valve?

Installed a Wilwood adjustable proportioning valve while installing my HydroBoost brake installation. Works great , plus I now have the adjustability of fine tuning brake bias . Of course , had to remove the original factory brass proportioning valve in the process
