Made it fit! Really wasn't as bad as I thought originally. Had to cut the support panel in half and take a belt sander to the rounded corners to chamfer them off, but I'm glad I did. Much happier with this nose. Also, had to use coupe bumper supports to push the bumper out 4 inches or so.

Might keep the aluminum '87 manifold after all. Can anybody tell me what threads into this fitting? Passenger side rear next to PCV valve. Thanks.

I'm not considering the 87 nose, that's a bit of work. I think the 80 Regal coupe header will bolt onto my Century fenders. One way to find out I guess.
