I bought an NOS wire hub caps years ago at a swap meet and it had this black center cap. I'm only familiar with the ones with the silver background. Would this be for the 78-80 MC?

Does anyone know of a company that sells them? I haven't been able to find anything online, I'd rather buy one than have to make one.

I know a 225/30/22 would be the norrowest for a 22" x 8.5" rim but what a bout a 22" x 10" rim ?
