Okay here is the deal. My 78 elco had a long speedo .I swapped it for for round ones. Reconfigured the plug. The temp guage still doesn't work. And it has a new sender for a guage. Do these guages go bad? or a defective sender? Any thoughts are welcomed. Thanks, Jason

So I just acquired a85 MC. Going through the local boneyard this weekend I found a86 LS. Needless to say I bought the nose and bumper.The Fenders were crap and the trim was missing off the fenders. Question is. Are the Fenders the same and where can I get the trim?

I bought new weatherstripping for the elky about 8 years ago.I'm redoing the car put the gaskets on and the window seals don't seal.the windows make contact in some places and in others there is literally a gap. Any suggestions? Could these gaskets gone bad from sitting? I need help...

I need to replace the pinion seal in the rear I'm putting in my car. I'm getting conflicting directions on how to re torque it. Some say do a rolling torque before taking it apart, some say you have to reset everything. I have the rear sitting on the floor of my garage so its not in the car yet...

I got this Malibu parts car and it has factory manual steering. I'm considering putting it in my elco. Is there any problems or disadvantages to these boxes?

Okay so i bought a 80 Malibu with a 6 cyl and a 3 speed stick. I'm going to put the transmission in my elco with a mild 350. I know i have to use a different flywheel and clutch. Any other issues i should worry about? should it hold up as long as i don't thrash on it?
