my GP is a reg LE and is factory optioned w/G80 and 3.08 ratio. i have all paperwork for it as well. not sure what my info has to do w/this debate tho. :lol:

been to a lot of concerts, the best show hands down KISS. seen 3 times, each time cemented it.

i wouldn't call it a monstrocity. but pontiac could've used a bit more muscle trying to get the L69. since the Monte SS was already approved, i don't see why the 2+2 was not. same platform, same drivetrain could be used. my GP is a 2+2 in disguise. has all the options and then some w/a...

i would say so esp for a NY car. definetly check the bottoms of doors. that would make or break the deal at that price. always wiggle room

i purchased one at Pontiac Nats. i'm still not sure if i'm going to use it or not. for $5, i couldn't go wrong. i'd much rather have a Monte SS style. til that day comes........................ :cry:

i had mine done. but i had a buddy do mine. i used a high flow cat and had him bend up the Monte SS style duals. paid $250. used dynomax mufflers.

learn what you can. try to do everything on it. from tire changing, to fluids, to brakes, to.........whatever mistake you make, can ALWAYS be fixed. enjoy it. this will be the car that's always in your stories of "....when i got my license...."

i would think they are rare. haven't seen many in any year. my first and only other GP, an 87, had one. i didn't know at time how uncommon they were or i would've kept it. then again this was 16yrs ago. :cry:
