Backspacing and offset question

so my uncle bought me vision wheels for my 81 Monte carlo on my birthday they are vision american muscle 141 legend 5, I don't know if they will fit or not they are 15x7 3.75 backspacing and -7mm offset I want to put them on with 215/75 tire I'm just not sure if they'll fit or not and if you're asking why not 15x8 or bigger my car is stock with a slow 229 v6 its just a cruiser for now

Should be fine although 21575 is going to be pretty tall. 215/65 is a more common fitment

i would agree the 215 75 is to tall and it will be hard for that 229 to turn them
