side molding trim

Good day GB's i have a simple Q how do you remove the chrome side molding trim that runs the length of the botom of the cutlass?

open door and then there should be a nut on both sides of door panel. then theirs plastic clips holding it on. be careful not to break the plastic clips because i haven't been able to find some new ones

I acually found a bunch on ebay and here in my city there is a guy with a whole warehouse of olds cutlass parts from 67-88 i mean everything you can think of.

for them same chrome rocker panels that came on the buick regals i have been unable to find. are they the same plastic clips as cutlass? all they do is hold the rocker panel to the door

These are the cutlass clips they should be the same i had a 87 regal presidential years i don't remember mine having the chrome but GM usually used the same parts for all their GM cars
