Lots of good info here. I picked up a small 110V wire feed welder awhile back and was able to weld up a plate to my firewall to delete my heater box with it so i'm fairly confident in fixing my floors since they're not to bad. Anyone have any thoughts on using flat steel to patch them up as opposed to trying to find rust free floors out here in the chicago junk yards.
