Just thought I'd join this forum as I am new to G Bodies. I just got a 1981 Cutlass Supreme with an oldsmobile 455 in it. My plan is to make this my drag car. I acquired it for almost free in a deal last week. I responded to an ad for a 455 for my 67 cutlass and ended up with 2 cars and 2 additional 455s. Total of 4 455s and two th400s.
So far I've gotten the alternator and belt on, got the electric fan working, and got the battery and terminals hooked up. The motor turns when I turn the key. It's missing a fuel pump and should have that later on this week. I think this sucker may run this week with any luck.
