my friend is giving me the leather front seats and center console out of a '04 Cadillac DHS (frozen engine block, going to the junkyard) and this thing is in decent shape and LOADED! Front AND rear seats have heaters and blowers. since I have no rear seat in my El Camino, does anyone want the seat heaters/blowers from the rear bench to put in the rear seat of a Gbody? it's already been pulled. easy enough to wrap up the perforated black leather seats.

$70 + shipping

Have you got a picture of this heater setup? I'm not saying I'm interested in buying but I'm curious about the layout and size.

I'll try and get a pic of it later today and post.

I figured the seats would be good for someone up north

finally got the bench and pulled it apart. the heat pads are actually sewn into the seat, as the pics below show. the seat is also hog-ringed to the foam. easiest way to ship would be the whole leather seat with cables attached.

ok, I finally got the seatback out and it is not what I thought it was! the seatback also appears to have a heating pad but not a blower. what it does have is an adjustable lumbar support! something you only normally see in front seats! see the pics below

there are also built-in airbags on the sides, and a flipdown armrest in the middle with a pass-thru port. probably the best way to ship is to pull the foam out and then cut the metal frame holding the lumbar support.
Price is now $100 because it's a lot more than I thought it was, but I will also include the door-mounted controllers for lumbar and heat as well as some of the wiring harness. I'm not going to ask for more since any buyer will have to pay shipping. I'm guessing 10-15 lbs shipped from 78701

Now your backseat passengers can ride in comfort!

That's pretty nice, I never considered adjustable lumbar for the rear. It really would go with the theme I've come up with, but damn, another mod! I may have to think a bit more on this one now.

Are you still interested in some dual snorkel parts or is $$ preferred?

I now have the door mounted controls (window, lock, lumbar, heat, puddle lamp) and wiring harness removed from the doors. all that's left to do is cut the wiring harness that runs thru the floor. then you can splice the two together

Haven't forgotten about these, just haven't thought about them much either lately due to organizing the house. I'll have to check what prices I had on stuff to trade.
