I have been a gear head since 1957....my son and I founded StreetRodding.com and ran it until selling a couple of years ago. I currently drive a 1986 silver El Camino, new 5.7 hydraulic roller cam motor, automatic with original paint and no rust! I changed the wheels and tires to GM Rally's 7 x 15 inch. I also replaced the dash with a 1985 Pontiac Bonneville/Grand Prix and installed a pair of BMW electric bucket seats. I replaced the steering wheel with a red leather wrapped billet wheel and converted the entire interior from blue to red. I don't think chevy ever made a 86 el co silver with a red interior. I am trying to sell the Elco so I can finance an XK8 Jag coupe with an LSX engine. My car has the original paint except for the drivers door and is totally "Rust Free". BTW I am retired in Florida.
