I tried mocking them up and noticed how much I have to cut the stock flange... thank you sir for the picture!! I guess tomorrow after work I'll get to cutting the top of the flange off :oops:
Mind snapping a few pictures of the caliper in relation to the frame? I just picked up the blazer rear disc for a 2wd blazer and it almost like the caliper will hit the frame.. plus Ill to cut the axle flange ALOT to make the bracket fit..
Has anyone on here successfully used the 1999-2002 2wd s10 blazer rear disc brakes on their G body? I got the set up cheap from the local LKQ but I'm sure if they will work.. Just curious if anyone on here has done this swap?

I had the 200 4r convertor bolted to the stock flex plate of the 400. It fits with no issues. You may want to invest in the trans though it wont last long behind a BBO with all the low end torque those engines make.. Good luck with your engine swap and build.
I dont recall the pad compound.. The brake fluid is a synthetic dot 4, the brakes held up great never noticed any fade pedal was always right there. The engine would creep up to 220-230ish after 5 or 6 laps, I'd make 1 cool down lap then go again. I'm more of an autocross guy so the car is...
