what is sem short for and do you prime it first ?and do need a clear coat . will it chip how many coats of sem will i need?thanks- carnell

the front end GRILL, FENDERS,AND ALUMINUM HOOD , BUMPER all came from a 78 cutlass this hood alone is worth $250.00 it will allow the car to have less weight by at least 35LBS- carnell
