I am working on the brakes and suspension as well now. I can't wait just looks to goofy. Hopefully less than a year but it depends on if I need to rebuild the motor.
I decided to go with some summit aluminum wheels. ( Unless I can find some used wheels in the next month or too. )
Im looking at a few. I know they are heavy but like the looks. I am searching for some wheels. Not completely set but also do not want to break the bank.
I need tires bad and have Granny wheels.
It is going to be a few years till I get here running so I do not want to spend a ton on the wheels...
id like to keep a mostly stock stance so maybe I should go with a smaller backspace. or go down to a 6" front and 7" rear ? I want to keep it semi stock looking minus the wheels
I am looking at some
Cragar 510 Magnums for my 81 regal sport coupe.
says the 15x6 have 3 3/4" rear spacing and 3mm offset
15x7 4 3/8" rear spacing and 6mm off set
15x8 have 4 1/2" rear spacing and 0 off set.
I want to run 15x7 in front and 15x8 in back.
Cragar replied saying they will work...
the price is high but having to piece together emissions pieces plus a motor it may be worth it unless you can find a donor car that you can swap it all out of
anyone know if the new smog legal Gm E motors are available yet?
was thinking of the 5.3 for my 81 regal.
since I live in California it may be the way to go since it is a complete smog legal kit
Re: So I did it again!! Another Car!! This time a Grand Nati
