    Is Underhood Insulation Necessary?

Correct, sound deadening is all it is there for. Feel free to remove, save it however.

Should I lock my car doors?

Lock the doors. After having lived in Memphis for several years I feel I speak from experience. You are correct that the best thing is to not have anything visible, nor to have the appearance that there may possibly be something hidden in your car.

    AWD Cutlass burnout

I think the vast majority of us have seen our fair share of burnouts, but i've never seen anything that would come even close to this! Absolutely love it!

is it okay sitting like this and are these bends fixable?

If you can heat the metal up with a torch you can bend it back super easy with standard body working tools. Even if you have never done it before, take your time and odds are once the metal cools (let it cool slowly) you will never be able to tell anything has been done to it.

    Aluminum Bumper Supports

I've been following the Buick Regals and I see guys talking about aluminum inner bumper supports for the front and rear bumpers that were available on some cars. There is also an export front bumper brace that is even lighter than the aluminum support. Did Oldsmobile ever offer similar items...

    Air cleaner opinions

I like the chrome round one myself. The oval cleaner is better fit for a T-bucket hot rod in my opinion.

    Cheap out on tools?

I will spend the money on good tools and have never regretted it. I have a lot of Blackhawk tools in my tool box. Lifetime warranty and since I get them through my local CarQuest store I don't feel like I am getting gouged by the often higher priced tools off of the trucks. A good friend has...

    Aluminum Radiator Supports

I've seen aluminum radiator supports for Buick Regals. Are they the only cars that came with them? Would they fit an '84-'86 Cutlass?

88 Monte SS, what is the best set-up with what I have

3.73 with OverDrive is a great overall combination. May not need much more than a well tuned stock build to the motor to achieve your goals. Good luck.

What did you do to your G-Body today? [2011-2018]

I just bought an '87 Regal Limited Turbo last week. Today I removed the extensive wiring that the previous owner had in it for a killer sound and security system. Now that it is all removed I am going to focus on fixing (or replacing) the power master brakes so I can drive the car. I am a...
