Yes, it is a factory "W" code-4bbl. I guess what I really should have asked is if the appearance of the parts in question are the same between the two years?

Can anyone tell me if the bumpers and the lower chrome parts are the same between the two years and/or does it have more to do if the car is a base/LJ/SJ ? I ask as there is a '80 that is a ways away from me being parted out and it looks like the rear bumper is better than mine. Thamks, Greg

I want to change out the auto climate system in my '79 GP to a heater only. Can I use the heater box and controls from any '78-'88 A/G body in my car? Will I have to change the dash or can I just ignore most of the vents in the dash, or maybe I could hook some or all up to the new heater so...
