sadly my welder moved to Louisiana a few months back, so for now I'm on a bolt in only regimen. I did find a bolt in one on ebay for I think it was $60.

I'm looking to swap my 1 speed 200 to a nice overdrive 200-4r in my 80 'bu. I have a column shift and would like to keep it for now. Is there any kits with what I need for the swap? I know I need a crossmember plus extensions, carb bracket for the TV cable, something to convert the column...

I emailed conrad last night and he replied this morning that he no longer has the wagon frame rails and will not be making more. Anyone know where else to get a set? I'm looking at buying a wagon, but it has a rusted right rear rail or so I am told.
