Slow progress.. Dropped 3" with opgi coils and added 15" direct drill cragars..

Has anyone swapped in a 4 speed and used a 55-57 chevy bench seat shifter... The stock 4 speed location seems real close to the dash/radio.. I prefer them back like a tri-5.. Any help would be awesome. Thank you.

Going a different and selling the air ride.. Listing it in the classifieds if anyone is interested.

Started with a small change today.. Silver flake steering wheel. I'm gonna repaint the column this weekend.

Just getting a minute to breath here.. Plans are swap out the heads/cam/intake/exhaust/torque converter/trans pak/ posi 3:73's/air ride.. 14" mags or spokes...

Thanks guys, I'm on the fence as far as the 4 speed swap. I'm leaning toward putting that off till next winter. I live up in Webster NY, I got the car way less than the asking price. It was a score. :) As for the gears, I'm not too worried about overdrive, the last few cars I put together had...
