So when I put the key in the ignition, I can only turn it to the accessory position, something is preventing me from going all the way forward to the start position... buddy of mine said it may be some "rod" or something that's in the column that's jammed or something.... I don't even know how...

hey all, i'm new to the forum. I have a 85 grand prix that I am about to get started on. I already have a nice drivetrain for it, 350sbc with vortec heads, mild cam, 3 speed trans.. I am pretty sure i'm gonna buy a 9" ford rearend complete from moser engineering. Just not really sure about...
