where do I bolt this on at?

Where exactly do I bolt this on at because I have no idea only bolt I can see that it may reach are on the intake but I feel like antifreeze will come out if I unscrew one.

Well I got my gauges to work thanks to Classic GBody Garage it was simple couple of screw connections were loose now I need blinkers and horn. My power steering just went out steering fluid is full.

I bought a 1979 H/O and the Gas, Oil, Temp and battery gauges don't work. When I unplug the connections for gas and temp gauge arm bounces to opposite side plug back in and it bounces back. my horn doesn't work and my blinkers did work but they stopped the hazards work I switched the hazard...
