I think they were talking about the A body rear from 1968 to 1972. I know you have to change to ajustable uppers. Someone chime in and help fill in the rest. :lol:
Im courious about this set up as well. I would love to do this with the Monte Carlo and tap into the 442 exhaust that I am using for my duals. What dual cat is being used and does anyone have any photos that they can post up for us. :D
Do you have a split bench seat. If so you can reuse your tracks for your new buckets. If not you will have to either make your own mounts or drill out the new holes for your seats. Check the search engine as many members have done this to theirs as I have as well. I am sure others will chime in...
I will replace the cable as it has to much slack and the bolts have pulled loose causing the movement. I will get to it soon if the hurricane dont tie us up to much.
My factory gas pedal in my 83 Monte Carlo is screwed up. I get about an inch of play in the pedal before it catches up with the cable. Plus it seems to have play side to side. So my question would be is there any pedals from a newer model that would be better. Is anyone using any aftermarket...

I have checked almost every connection under the hood with no luck on this problem. Next step is to pull inst-panel
and check the wiring there. I did unplug the signal wire from the aftermarket tach and it still spins backwards. Factory voltmeter still goes backwards and chock light is still...
