Where is this flap?

yes, the flap door in the center of the dash is opening all the way, wich other door should i check?

are there any tips or swaps to get more pressure out of the vents? ive replaces everything in the AC system minus the Blower fan since it works and the system is cool, but it feels that there should be alot more air blowing out?
