lower steering shaft.
Can you pull apart the collapsed part of the shaft between the steering box and the body? Why you ask ? I switched my 78 body to a 79 frame . Or should I switch the gear box from my old 78 frame and put it on the 79 ? Thanks, James Wahpeton ,ND- willwork4u22

200, V6 . Worth anything? I have the original v6 out of my grampa's 78 malibu. Is it worth anything? Is anyone restoring a car and might want to put the V6 back in it ? Can you beef up the moters for fun ? or do I drop it off at the salvage yard? Thanks, James R- willwork4u22

Need Help, have bad 78 malibu frame.
Hi guys I'm new to your Forum. I have my Grandpa's 78 malibu classic 2dr.Want to restore it for my son. Frame is rusted behind the rear wheels like most. What can I do??? What year cars will work for swapping the frame out? Do 4dr's work ? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks James,,- willwork4u22
