have you even looked at the opening picture to this forum??? lol

I'm hoping to be able to take the Regal to V.I.R. once it's road ready, and take a few laps on a club day... helps renting a space in the local scca group's club shop!

Well, yeah, but I had to create a thread, and you're the only one to respond....:wtf:
Let me know when you hit VIR; I'll head down to cheer you on.

Casual fan here. And I do like Sebring. But that's when I'm playing Forza on Xbox. No way I could afford to get down there. And the Regal isn't fast enough for the back straight! lol
You might have seen my thread on my trip to Gingerman last spring. One last hurrah before I ran out of money, but maybe I'll get back there one day. Until then I'll just be helping out at autocrosses and watching Trans Am (TA2 and lower).

We used to do the 24 at Daytona; went like 5 years in a row until they brought the Ferris wheel in and nascrap took over. It used to be the ultimate 36 hour party with a race in the background and full access to the garages.... ahhhhh, memories.

I watched a good chunk of the broadcast on FS2, glad that towards the end of the race there weren't as many pit interviews -- by Justin Bell and the Andrew guy -- as there were in the first 4 hours; the interview style of both just annoys me.

Good race. I root for the Corvettes so I'm disappointed they didn't have a better showing but the "will he make it on fuel?" drama for the DPis was good.

I went to ERAU in the 1980's. I went to the Prescott, AZ campus specifically, because I knew if I went to the Daytona campus, i probably would not have graduated.
