My grandmother on my father's side passed away in her nursing home late last night. She turned 95 this past Oct and had been suffering steadily declining health. The home placed her in hospice last week. I was lucky to see her one last time yesterday afternoon along with my father and aunt. She was my last living grandparent, RIP Grandmom.
