Sub frame under back seats

Was under my car today 79 cutlass bought the car about 1 month ago
noticed underneath behind the front seat area kind of under the rear seats a frame or channel runs across the bottom. Mine is pretty bad on the drivers side
wondering if this is cause for concern. I don’t think it’s structure but would like for you guys to chime in
and can this be repaired or anyone sell new Chanel’s Looks like it’s got a bolt so I’m assuming it’s made to come off ?

That's a brace to support the floor. The bolt you see doesn't hold that channel on- the channel is part of the floor via welds and such. The bolt appears to be for one of the body mounts, which are made of rubber and deteriorate over time causing body sagging. Removing and replacing them can be problematic due to the bolts or their accompanying caged nuts rusting / breaking, but letting them remain causes other problems like doors that don't fit and fenders with hugely uneven gaps.

The floor is good. Just that brace is bad on the one side. Still has meat on it but
