I've been looking, but without a lot of luck. I did find the little black box though.

Get a load of this, it's "Like" NOS but without that plastic sheet to peel off:

I've seen these in person but don't know exactly what swaps out. Is there any way at all that you could use one from a Le Sabre or Park Avenue (Limited), or is the luminescent panel and the face just one piece?

I have one of these and will dig it out and send a picture in the next couple of days. What I don't know is whether it works or not? Is there a way to test that you know of? I am located in Ontario, Canada.
Usually the light panel didn't fail, mine is physically broken and still works. It's the 110v ac to 12v DC converter box that fails.

I'd say try hooking 110 v ac to it, but idk if it's done wrong will damage it.

Untested I'd pay 50 bucks for it.

It's 3 a piece part. The grey or wood grain trim, the black and gold/silver placard, and the electroluminescent panel.
I had my light working with a new 110v cube but it developed dark non illuminated spots and it still works but is shattered and bruised like an lcd tv.
