This came in the mail yesterday. If you have a Malibu, Monte, or Camino this has a lot of good stuff but a little pricey.

Here is my take on OPGI. They advertise A LOT of parts, and A LOT of sales. But the last few years I have been trying to get parts for my 70 chevelle, they dont have it in stock and guesses as to when it will be in. The problem is they are usually 1 of the few places that shows the part I need.

I honestly think they use the catalog to gauge interest in parts they are thinking of having made.

How many years did they advertise the repro Chevrolet dash panels before they actually were produced ? 4-6?

"Put it in the catalog and see what kind of response we get"

JMO, YMMV

They didn't even put everything into the print catalog. In mine I saw notes to see the website to see other items. Last years refered to the '23 catalog to find items not in that one. Worst was years back they had a good bit of discontinued items in it which was just as much of a tease.

AS for those dashes, they do get them now but there is such a wait most of the time. The '81's dash was almost a 9 month wait, the '79 was shorter but others waited years. Right now it has been almost 2 months since I received & returned the 1st '79 dash & should have the 2nd one Tuesday to see if it'll be up to snuff to be used (& modified since they are not 100% in finish).

Good toilet reading material. I have last years..do they autoship a new one each year or do I need to request it?
