Hello Gents.
I'm trying to identify what fuel tank I have in my '86 442. This car was built by my late brother and I'm trying to understand what components he used.
The car has an LS3/4L80E swap with all the Holley goodies.
I'm thinking it's the Spectrum GM309A? You can see parts of the installed Racetronix Pump wiring harness here too. Thanks in advance.

I don't have any or used any, but don't the aftermarket tanks have a stamping somewhere on one of the bottom corners?
i bought 2 aftermarket fuel injection monte tanks (because they were cheaper than regal tanks) ... they are blank slates no markings at all

The only real way to get a general idea of which platform that tank was made for is to get a camera and look down the filler neck to see if it has baffles inside if it does then you know it's either a Regal or Monte tank. mine is a Monte fuel injection tank that i listed before. It looks a lot like yours

smooth as a baby bottom.
I prefer the baby bottom. I'm wondering if it was a difference of when they made the tank. I.E., they used to do it, now they don't, or vice-versa. I dunno. They never show the tank bottoms on their website. Not a huge deal I guess, but without it, it just makes it tougher to find out who made the tank.

That tank looks to be powder coated rather than terne coated which is typical of Spectra Premium tanks.
