I am getting ready to put a 200 R4 in place of a TH350 in a 78 Malibu. The crossmember is all notched and a new exhaust system in place. My question is; has anyone out there ever just moved the mount pad to the back side of the of the crosmember? I can see that maybe the transmission pan might...
Just thought I would let folks know that I found the plastic bottom rear window clips today at NAPA. The part number is a Balkamp number 665-1120. This is the bottom rear window glass moulding clips for I would say 78-81 Malibu 2dr and maybe other Gbodies also. The top and side clips are metal...

OK... What I was looking at is a 78 Cutlass Supreme 305 4spd car. It has no tilt column and no air and someone put a moon roof in it that about made me almost throw-up. My question is how many of this car did they build or is it very rare?
Unlimited Products in California makes a glass hood for your car but speaking from experience the best way to do your deal is to use your hood and put a glass cowl on it. The best cowls are from Glasstek in Illinois. They don`t make a cowl hood, just flat hoods and cowls to go on them. Bruce
