    nos ac delco oil filters for funzies and science. wix as of late doesnt like to keep oil in the filter despite having an anti drainback valve.

    I'm thankful for my car as a whole, it taught me how to problem solve, think on the fly, and become adept at emergency fixes. And arguably, the fact it was my first car, made me a better driver. No abs, no ipad in the dash, no distractions or nanny devices.

    factory hot idle in park 700-800 usually works. fast idle is set when the engine is dead cold, 1300ish rpm on the highest step of the fast idle cam.

    guy at work has a nice grey monte, but he had grey interior with maroon buckets. i traded him my grey buckets, so now i have 6/10 shape maroon buckets. red is darker in person

    fast idle is on the passenger side of the carb under the choke housing. curb/hot idle is on the drivers side and is only in use when the choke is all the way open.

    I did not. Engine knock was scaring me but more importantly it had no title. Was a bit tougher than I felt like dealing with.

    Adjusted the linkage on the transfer case to get 4hi back on the k1500. got in a pretty one sided argument with the gfs aunt and her friend about the actuator possibly being bad, but 4low worked fine, i just couldnt get 4 hi to engage. was a linkage problem, i was right. hehehe. idk what...

    turned my empty 390 into a longblock. gonna paint it up purdy, finish the f250 floor pans, try to sell em. Moving into a place with my soon to be fiance, and would like the extra cash.
