This popped up on one of my saved searches on eBay last weekend, hit the buy it now and grabbed it. The price was right. NOS headlight bezel for my 80' Supreme. Stocked up on 80 grit DA sanding discs for the planned paint stripping party this spring on my Olds. My wife foolishly volunteered to help with the project so I'll be buying another electric DA in the near future.- old80cs

Sitting at the Chevy / Cadillac dealer getting my wife’s car serviced. I gave up doing routine oil changes, not worth the effort for little to no cost savings. Anyhow, I took a look on the showroom floor and they finally had a C8 for me to look over. It has a new owner already but is on display...- old80cs

Pellet stoves
What make was that stove? Aside from some blower gaskets (major clean outs once or twice a season after burning 4-5 tons) and two exhaust fan / motors that failed some years ago. One in each stove. I haven’t had that kind of trouble with either the two stoves I have with the circuit boards or... -

Installed the remote start in my daughter’s 14’ Malibu base sedan. Gotta give props to the Crutchfield tech guys, they gave me some pointers along the way and it installed pretty easily.- old80cs

EL CAMINO Starter VS. Headers
I remember having to lift the engine out of the mounts a little with a floor jack, let the header loose and slip the starter motor into place. I always had to ding one (or two) header pipes to clear the starter. I believe I have a high torque diesel starter in my Olds as well.- old80cs

Look what followed us home from the Cadillac dealer.
Pretty car, love the red. Strange how two turbos and only 360hp. The direct injection 3.6ltr in my 14’ Impala makes 305hp. I bet the Caddy gets up and goes really well, my car gets going just fine. 👍 -
