Awesome to hear the intercooler is doin it's thing! Going from 220 IAT to 72 is amazing. Interesting that the turbo went out, that's the one that did 2 drag weeks correct? What material O-ring to use?
As long as the sealing geometry is correct the material won't have any impact. Buna and viton are regularly run to 3000-5000 psi in hose fitting o ring applications. Typically 1.5x overpressure tested so 7500psi is a good target.- 81cutlass

Viton and Buna are basically going to be your main options. There are some more exotic materials but unless you want a custom shot of 20,000 and 6 month leadtime it's probably going to not provide noticeable improvement. I don't see why the VT loophole is considered unethical. It should exist in every state IMO. The main reasons title's exist is just to give a papertrail for banks to give loans against. BUILD THREAD 86 GP 2+2~Blown 6.0
Burned in the upper brackets on both sides tonight, drilled the bushings out on the UCA's to accept 1/2" instead of M12 hardware. Got the driver's side LCA bracket welded in but need longer hardware so I called it a night. Overall the welds went ok. Position was hard and I didn't weld 360...- 81cutlass

Riv in so-so shape with a dead engine and no title is not a $3500 car. Just my opinion but.... A rusty 78 leaking Fsomething50 isn't worth $3k in my opinion either but... Racetronix Dual 450s
How much height did you have to lift the trunk floor? I ran into issues getting a single -6 elbow to not hit the trunk on my twin 450 home brew setup and ended up putting some 3/8" spacers between the trunk and floor pan.
