If your current doors fit good. Find a body shop to patch your doors, if you can’t do it yourself. I’ve fixed FAR WORSE than you’ve described. They also sell inner and outer patch panels that you can cut down for as much as you need.

The wheels that were on my car were 15s with 3.75 BS. They didn’t work. But I was going with 17s so in my case it didn’t matter. It may depend on your BS
Just spent another $300.00 for primer and prep supplies. Did 2 block sandings on the one 1/4 panel. It’s ready for final paint sanding. Moving on to the next panel.
