Did you change the fuel pill when you went up in jet? That solenoid has a .078 orifice. Technically, it's not maxxed out, but you really aren't picking up much flow between a 65 to a 71 pill considering you are that close to the orifice size of the solenoid. If you are changing fuel pills...

I've been a Mustang guy previously (don't hold that against me;)) I built a G-body (84 Monte SS) last year, and raced it a few times. I'll be taking it out again in March. I'll see if I can post a pic.
