I can say that is the only issue I ever had.
The pedal being so stiff I bent and snapped the first rod on the master. The second one bent but didn't snap, I got it straight and ran a sleeve over it it to strengthen it. The next bilt will be using the three pedal kit.
A little late to the thread but back like 14-15 years ago I swapped my first Cutlass.
It was nothing crazy. Heathy 355 sbc with a T-5 from a third gen Camaro.
I used a JohnB pedal and 4 forth gen Camaro hydraulics. I went with a stock replacement clutch to use as a fuse between the 355 and the...
I cut the clock plug out. Now that you mention the rear being a separate harness I remember tucking the wires in the black channel that’s mounted on the firewall. The PO cut off the plug.
I’ll check the service manual I have to see if I can find anything on the other plugs.
Unfortunately when I...
Kinda confused on these plugs for my radio harness.
This dash harness was supposed to be from a 86 442 so maybe it had a different radio option than all my other G’s
Also seems to be missing some of the speaker wires.
New springs for the rear coilovers. The ones on the strange coilovers I got from my buddy were 100 lbs springs. Also ordered one of the knobs I broke while installing them.
Ordered a replacement cover for the ripped Corbeau. It ended being way cheaper than having it fixed locally but they said...
After a week of bereavement and nearly a year sitting in the same spot. Finally got most of the wiring done.
Just needs to be tidied up a bit.
At this point everything except the rear light wiring has been reworked.
Vintage Air heat is HOT and A/c is COLD!
Front wheels should be in sometime this...
I was going to try and make the tracks that were on the Marketplace Corbeaus work but I didn’t like how it was coming out. I ended up just ordering the correct brackets. Also ordered a new trans cooler with a fan. The Amazon “40k” I had was a knock off and didn’t seal well in the fittings.
Need...
Doesn’t help much but I used to order from them about 14-15 years ago. It was always great. Fast, super affordable.
Never had an issue.
Lately I feel like what most people post is less than stellar reviews. Some I’ve seen stating it’s been several months since ordering “in stock” parts. I also...
I'm a mobile tech for Cummins. You can say I use mine quite often. Whether it’s mains, rods, head bolts or exhaust manifold bolts. My Huskies have never let me down.
Both 1/2" and 3/8", my 1/4" drive is a Proto. 3/4" drive Snap-On was supplied by Cummins but I only use those on high horsepower...
These are the ones I had on the Cutlass. I drove a lot at night when we still lived in NC. They were GREAT!
there is a video on YouTube, a company sells lights did a test on most 4x6 that were on the market at the time.
Most of the lights tested were worse than the seal glass halogen lights.
The...
How are you liking those new manifolds? I've been eyeballing some like that. I really don't want to use the up and forwards. I want a tightier look than racecar looking up and forwards.
Little things here and there.
As usual bolt on parts don’t just bolt on.
The factory washer doesn’t clear the dust cap on the Wilwood hubs. A little trimming on the wash and that worked. Got the UMI tie bar in with the JTR upper coil over mounts. Fuel system 98% done. Waiting on two -8...
Personally I’m running stock moded spindles. With cut hubs and brackets from Big Brake Upgrade.
Daily drove the car 60miles a day for over a year with no issues. Currently in the process of switching to Wilwood hubs because I want to run 5x4.5 bolt pattern.
Blazer spindle is a nice option, I've...
For 4l80 the easiest option I have found it the stock NSS front the trucks. This is the route I'm taking. plenty of write ups online.
easy to get off the shelf parts.

AIN'T NO PARTY LIKE A DIDDY PARTY!! :censored:
I'm honesty would love to know how the amp performs. I was watching Williston Audio Labs videos and it seems to be a good option.
