4x10 to 6x9 adapter
I pulled my package tray to re-cover it and found that the previous owners have cut out the metal to apparently make 6x9s fit in the rear. Had SS_Malibu make me some filler panels to put back where all the metal was missing. (thanks again!) I wasnt aware of it before and had always wondered why...- 88AZSS

CUTLASS Windshield and Rear Window Trim Clips
I used the metal ones that are spec'd for an A Body. I had the same problem with those plastic ones, never sat right and never grabbed the trim to hold it down. Having done the dash a couple months ago now and installing it, hows it holding up? You said you had to trim some parts and add screws below. Is there any pointers for that process or something youd have done different? Looking to do this soon. Looks good!- 88AZSS

MONTE CARLO Grant steering wheel issue
That to me sounds like a ground issue or something shorting out when you touch the steering column. Get rid of that alarm man. We have some good resources here for wiring diagrams if you dont have a service manual for the car already. I highly suggest one if you dont already. Worse case scenario...- 88AZSS

Its hard to tell whats going on while that alarm is still in there, even partially. It may be a pain but I would suggest taking it all out and starting at zero with the wiring, then working forward from there. From what you described, it sounds like removing the stock wheel and maybe horn button...- 88AZSS
