Do you have voltage at the red wires that connect to the alternator? If you do then the fusible links should be fine.

I believe 80 is still standard threads. Try like an 84 model.

I mounted mine last week, what a PITA the right hinge was to get the hood to line up. Reason why I was asking is I didn't see where to put the release spring.

Have you had a chance to mount your hood on yet?

Where are you getting your cowl hood from?

What governor are you running? I just got my car back on the road yesterday(it shifts really fast) and I have 2.41 gears in it also for now lol. My 200-4r has a GN governor in it, I think I need to get a normal one for now untill I change the rearend out.
