1983 TH400 transmission help needed.

I have a th400 Trans that i just pulled out of a 1985 truck I have and i need help. The transmission yolk in the transmission won't come out and I need it out to reinstall my driveshaft. Any help on how to remoe the yolk would be really appreciated. Thank You.
