Remflex gaskets are the best I've used so far. However I had some cheap gaskets on mine and never had an issue.
Never had any luck with the copper gaskets. They always leaked.
For the fuel pump relay trigger you just need to provide a switched 12v to b the wire that would typically connect to the ecm.
I have mine wired this way currently. Downside is that anytime you turn the key to the run position the fuel pump will run continuously.

Been driving the car for a few days now. Never did figure the EFI out. Wouldn't fire at all after I put everything back together so I said screw it. Installed an 850 DP holley and an old worn out HEI and the car fired right up. Runs great. Go figure.

The spoiler is from a Monte Carlo SS. I believe they had two different styles and this is the one that lays flatter than the other.
It's had the ends of the spoiler removed to match the trunk lid. Otherwise the ends stick out over the tailights.

It's likely not because they can't do the work but that they don't want to for fear of getting caught. If you are required to go through emissions testing then having dual exhaust is a big no-no even if you add a second catalytic converter. It would still be considered illegal.

I used the C5 abutments and calipers. I believe they are for the base model vette.
I just bought a bracket from www.flynbye.com that adapts the C5 caliper and abutment to the later model 14" rotor.
I'll eventually upgrade to a set of 6 piston Wilwood brakes but this will do for now.
I hope to hit a few shows but who knows. Once I get all the wheels on and the car aligned I could at least start driving it some.
