Olds motors wont leak oil if the distributor is loose, they have a O-ring seal. Chevy's will leak bc they have a gasket under the flange.

Its a vacuum secondary carb. The only throttle blades that are gonna be fully open are the primary throttle plates. The secondary's will slightly open when the pedal is on the rug with key off engine off.

Remove the O2 sensor and take it for a spin. if it regains some of the power the cat is plugged.

AC Delco. They recommend packing it with grease because the spring doesn't get adequate oil for lubrication. Moisture build up in the pump and causes premature pump failure. It usually takes out the spring.

I have on e of those Canadian edition cars.

Check the oil and see if it is contaminated with fuel.
