My key ignition is stuck in the on postion!!

I just put a new stroker motor and transmission in my car, and when I was about to back it out I couldn't start the car or turn it off, it is stuck in the 'run' postion.. How do I fix it???

I have a 84 monte ss, and 86 ss ttop car, and i want to make my 84 a targa top? what do i do?
