Correct for 1978-79 Cutlass Fastback including 442. Not correct for Supreme or W30. While this has never been installed, it was being prepped for paint at one point. There is 2 small cracks in the right upper corner of the left headlight assembly. Not visible once installed with bezel and still structurally sound.
