speedometer wire

Working on the original gauges in my 86 442. Before I pulled the cluster the gauges wasn’t working properly and there was a delay when using the turning signals/hazards. After taking the cluster off the signals work. Any suggestions? Also help with throttle cable for the speedometer!! I...
